Tender, fall-apart dark meat chicken coated in a sweet and sticky honey garlic sauce! With just six ingredients, slow cooker honey garlic chicken thighs are a flavor-packed weeknight meal.

Instructions
Spray a 5 quart or larger slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add the chicken thighs in one layer to the bottom of the insert.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce and green onions. Pour over the chicken thighs.
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve over white rice and sprinkle on the toasted sesame seeds, garnish with sliced green onion. Enjoy!

Note 1: The chicken thighs can be served whole or shredded in the sauce.Note 2: ½ cup of brown sugar can be used in place of the honey.Note 3: The green onions can be left out and used as a garnish. Storing Tips: - Store: Store leftover crockpot chicken thighs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. - Reheat: Reheat in a heat-proof bowl in the microwave until hot throughout. You can also reheat it in a pot on the stovetop over medium heat. Add a splash of water, if needed. - Freeze: Transfer cooked chicken and sauce to a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
