Easy Chinese Stir Fry Sauce

This is a great all-purpose Chinese stir-fry sauce that is quick and flavorful to complement your weeknight stir fry dinner. 


  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 2- inch ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch


  • In 12oz mason jar, combined all the ingredients. Cover and shake well until well combined.
